FAQ

A few answers to some common questions:

What are flat packs?

What makes up a furniture package? A flat pack is the generic term for furniture items which are shipped in disasembled form. The items are usally assembled on the property using basic tools, although in some cases the installation process can be a little more involved. This is the case with some kitchen items, which often require plumbing, electrical and tile work. The flat packs from IKEA are generally good quality and you need not worry about screws, missing parts or unfathomable instructions. We take care of everything as delivery and assembly is all part of the service.
